Mary Criniti serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Qantas Loyalty, drawing on extensive experience in leadership roles across the organization since February 2009. With a strong background in technology and operations, Mary has held positions such as Head of Technology, Manager of QF Cabin Crew Australia, and Business Services Manager for Operations & Enterprise Systems. Prior to Qantas, Mary worked at Travelex Ltd as an IT Technical Analyst and Sales Consultant.
