Michael Deghuee

Michael Deghuee has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Michael began their career at Cisco in 2000, where they served as Acquisition Integration Manager and Supply Chain Manager. During this time, they designed and implemented a failure analysis quality system that took Cisco to the highest level of closed-loop product quality. Michael also integrated more than 30 of Cisco's acquired companies into Cisco's Global Services Departments. In 2005, Michael joined Accuray as Vice President of Field Service and Installed Base Sales, and Director of Manufacturing. During their tenure, they led the manufacture of CyberKnife Oncology systems and ensured KPI's were met. In 2017, they moved to ViewRay Inc. as Vice President of Global Service Operations. In 2018, they joined Verb Surgical Inc. as Vice President of Operations and Service. Most recently, Michael has been serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Q'Apel Medical, Inc. since 2021.

Michael Deghuee has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell University and Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology (BSEET) from DeVry University. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in APIC MRP from the APICS Supply Chain Council.
