Vaishnavi R started their work experience as a Test engineer-Trainee at Volante Technologies in January 2021. Vaishnavi then progressed to the role of Associate Test Engineer in January 2022 and later became a Test Engineer in March 2023. Their employment at Volante Technologies ended in May 2023. Vaishnavi R is currently working as a QA Engineer at Qapita starting in May 2023.

Vaishnavi R completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology from Mahaveer Institute of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended St.Anns Junior College for Girls from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued an unspecified field of study. Additionally, they completed their high school education at St.Anns Girls High School from 2002 to 2014.

In terms of certifications, Vaishnavi R obtained several certifications. In November 2022, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from Salesforce. Earlier on, in October 2020, they completed the "Java Programming: Solving Problems with Software" certification from Duke University. Vaishnavi also obtained a "Java (Basic)" certification from HackerRank in September 2020 and a "Java Fundamentals" certification from Oracle in January 2018.
