Oleg Sivograkov

Oleg Sivograkov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Oleg started their career in 2003 as the Training and Development Center Head at the Group of companies "Foxtrot," where they worked until 2007. From there, they joined Platinum Bank Украина as the Training and Development Head and later became the Head of Human Resources and a Board Member.

In 2010, Oleg worked as a Project Manager at COMFY consumer electronics retail before transitioning to Devellar in 2011, where they held positions as Head of HR and Project Manager. Following that, they joined DA Source as a Project Manager in 2014 and then moved to Cyber Education as a Product Manager until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Oleg served as the Head of Operations & Delivery at Diligences. In 2017, they took on the role of VP, IT Operations at TestFort and concurrently served as the VP Technology at QArea until 2019.

Oleg's most recent role is at Unicorners, where they are currently the Managing Director since 2022. Alongside their extensive work experience, Oleg has gained expertise in offshore recruitment, launching R&D centers, building staff augmentation teams, and custom software development as the Chief Operating Officer at QArea.

Oleg Sivograkov attended Kharkov State University from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Master's degree in Psychology.
