Rachita Kuthial has a diverse range of work experience. Rachita started their career as an Intern at John Deere India Pvt. Ltd. in 2017. Rachita then worked as a Business Analyst at WBO Solutions from 2018 to 2019, where they generated business through online freelancing portals and allocated work to different departments. In 2020, they served as a Project Business Analyst at SRP Digital Services Pvt. Ltd., where they drafted and maintained business requirements, built contacts with potential clients, and explored new business opportunities.

In 2020, Rachita worked as a Data Scientist and Machine Learning Engineer at ThinkNEXT Technologies. Currently, they are employed at QASource as a software engineer. In their current role, they have worked on legal applications and is currently focused on the healthcare domain. Rachita has extensive experience in API testing, functional testing, regression testing, adhoc testing, and integration testing. Rachita is knowledgeable about compliance standards such as HIPAA, FDA, CLIA, SOX, and HL7. Rachita has also gained proficiency in automation frameworks like Postman, Selenium, Cypress, Python, and JSON. Rachita is skilled in software testing best practices, test management, test planning, execution, and reporting.

Rachita Kuthial obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from CGC College of Engineering, Landran, from the year 2013 to 2017. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Data Science and Machine Learning using Python from ThinkNEXT Technologies in April 2021 and is also a Certified Data Scientist from the NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF ELECTRONICS & INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (NIELIT) since June 2020.
