Bilal M Shubeir

Bilal M Shubeir is a Social Welfare Officer at Qatar Charity since March 2018, responsible for overseeing the implementation of guarantee files and managing financial transfers for seasonal projects. Prior to this, Bilal held the position of Head of the Orphans Sponsorship Department at Eid Charity, where duties included social care specialization and department leadership. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Information Science and Libraries from Qatar University, a diploma in Educational Qualification for Teachers of Orphans from the Orphan International Organization - Mayar, and a Diploma of Education in Humanitarian Leadership from the American University of Human Sciences.
