Nouman Ali, SHRM-SCP®, MHFAider®, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Qatar Charity since October 2023, where management of overall HR functions and strategic development of HR services are key responsibilities. Previously, Nouman held the position of Senior Manager People & Culture at Islamic Relief Pakistan and has extensive experience in HR roles across various organizations, including Médecins du Monde, NoonAyyn Consulting, and Norwegian Church Aid. With a strong academic background in Human Resources and Mental Health First Aid, Nouman has successfully led HR departments and initiatives, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and employee relations throughout a career spanning over a decade.
