Fatima al Rumaihi

Fatima Al Rumaihi, CMA, serves as the Director of Financial Planning & Control and Head of Accounts at the Qatar Free Zones Authority since October 2021. Previously, Fatima held the position of Venture Control Specialist at Qatargas, managing the financial control of a significant Joint Venture between Qatar Petroleum and Exxon Mobil from January 2018 to October 2021. Fatima also worked as a Senior Analyst and Financial Analyst at Rasgas, contributing to cost allocation and financial oversight of venture profitability from December 2009 to December 2017. Earlier, Fatima gained experience as an Associate Auditor at EY and completed internships in project accounting and contract engineering at Shell and RasGas. Fatima obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Qatar University, where studies spanned from 2003 to 2008.
