Hazem Idriss has a diverse work experience starting in 1983 at Summerland Hotel & Resort as an Assistant Manager. Hazem then worked as an Art Director at Libanograph and later at the Food & Agriculture Organization - United Nations. In 1994, they became a Project Manager at Habbal Development. In 1997, Hazem founded the Big Blue Diving Center and worked as a Founder & IDC Staff Instructor. Hazem then became a Resort Manager at Movenpick Hotel & Resorts in 2002. From 2003 to 2005, they worked at Qatar Tourism Authority as a Business Development Supervisor. In 2005, they became the Head Of Environmental Education Program at the Doha Asian Games Organizing Committee 2006. From 2007 to 2020, Hazem worked at Reach Out To Asia - Education Above All as a Volunteer Outreach Specialist. Their most recent positions include Head Of Community Service Section and Head of Volunteer Programs at Qatar Museums starting in 2020.
From 1988 to 1991, Hazem Idriss attended the Lebanese American University, where they pursued an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Interior Decoration and Graphic Design.
