Corporate Trainer, Learning And Development at Qatar Museums Authority

Irena Nikoloska has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Irena started their career as a Customs Officer Internee at the Customs Department of the Republic of Macedonia, where they gained experience in inspection, documentation verification, and risk assessments. Irena then worked as a Betting Officer, Analyzer, and Administrator at Meridianbet, where they managed betting operations and used statistical analysis to improve performance.

After that, Irena joined Qatar Airways as a Flight Attendant, where they provided exceptional customer service in first and business class and ensured safety and comfort during flights. Irena also worked at Qatar Museums, first as a Project Coordinator and Leasing Officer, managing logistics and transportation for projects, and later as a Corporate Trainer in Learning and Development, designing and implementing training modules for the organization.

Currently, Irena is employed at IN-Q Enterprises (WLL) by Qatar Museums as a Project Lead in Marketing and Communications. In this role, they take the lead in project management and coordination, developing effective project plans and ensuring smooth execution. Irena is also responsible for overseeing the E-commerce Content Management, coordinating stakeholders, improving website functionality, and managing administrative tasks in the marketing department.

Throughout their career, Irena has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and expertise in various fields such as project management, communications, training, and customer service.

Irena Nikoloska earned their Bachelor's degree in BA of Customs and Freight Forwarding from St. Kliment Ohridski Bitola Macedonia, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at St. Kliment Ohridski - Ohrid from 2001 to 2005. During their high school years, they focused on Social and Human Sciences.
