Isabelle S. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Isabelle is currently the Head of Exhibitions and Collections Management at M7, Qatar Museums, where they oversee the design fashion tech hub in Doha and nurtures talents in design, fashion, and tech. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Exhibitions and Lectures at Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts, where they curated international exhibitions and lectures, increased visitor engagement, and managed a contemporary art gallery. Isabelle also worked as a Project Manager at Auditoire Qatar, delivering artistic programs for major events and managing various projects. Isabelle previously served as a Project Manager at Cirque Eloize, overseeing international touring shows. Isabelle began their career as a Research Assistant and Junior Consultant at HEC Montreal and Art Expert Consulting Firm. Before that, Isabelle worked as a Freelance Costume Designer and Assistant in the theatre, museum, movie, and entertainment sectors.
Isabelle S. has a strong educational background in the arts. Isabelle first attended College Sainte-Foy from 1994 to 1996, where they earned a degree in Fine Arts. Later, they pursued further education at the Conservatoire d'art dramatique du Québec from 1998 to 2001, specializing in Costumes and Set Design. Finally, Isabelle attended HEC Montréal from 2007 to 2009, earning a University Specialized Graduate Diploma (Second cycle - DESS) in Arts Management.
