Doaa Serag

Doaa Serag is an experienced professional in the field of Learning and Development, currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development Capabilities Management at QNB Alahli since June 2014. With a progression of roles including Learning and Development Manager and Senior Learning & Development Business Partner, Doaa has effectively managed various learning initiatives within the organization. Prior to QNB Alahli, Doaa worked as a Training Coordinator at the Egyptian Banking Institute, coordinating training activities and providing support to clients. Early career experiences include summer traineeships at HSBC and Banque Misr. Doaa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, obtained in 2011.
