Mina Salah

Mina Salah is an experienced professional with a strong background in Human Resources and Learning and Development, currently serving as Learning and Development Manager at QNB Group since August 2012. Throughout tenure, Mina has held various leadership roles, including HR Learning & Development Lead Business Partner and HR Information System Team Leader, providing technical and analytical support to enhance HRIS initiatives and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Earlier career experiences include positions at Société Générale as Call Center Operations Executive and Call Center Support Representative, where Mina managed customer banking inquiries and account operations, as well as a stint at Etisalat in call center support and as a Life Insurance Agent at ALICO. Mina holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Paris ESLSCA Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Sadat Academy For Management Science, along with certification as a HR Reporting Specialist from AIHR.
