Mohammed al-Yami

Mohammed Al-Yami is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at ENGIE since September 2019, Mohammed also holds positions as a Member of the Board of Directors for Qatar Power and Ras Girtas Power Company. Additionally, Mohammed is involved with the Qatar Red Crescent Society. Prior to these roles, experience at Vodafone Qatar as Director of External Affairs and at the Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ as Director of Corporate Development showcased a strong background in corporate strategy and development. Earlier experience includes leadership in strategic planning at Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa) and administrative roles within the Ministry of Public Health. Mohammed holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Qatar University and completed multiple executive management programs at prestigious institutions, including Stanford University and London Business School.
