Stephanie Ek

Stephanie Ek has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Vice President of Claims Shared Services at QBE North America since 2011, where strategic direction is provided for the Auto line of business, overseeing nearly 200 licensed claims adjusters and program managers. Prior to QBE, Stephanie held various roles at Nationwide Insurance from 2005 to 2011, including Sales Manager and Customer Services Manager, where responsibilities encompassed driving sales performance and managing operations for customer service centers. Earlier experience at Allied Insurance from 1996 to 2005 involved roles such as Claims Director and Claims Manager, focusing on claims management and customer service across multiple states. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 1996.
