Zach Hankins has a wealth of experience in customer success and sales roles. Zach began their career in 2010 as a Channel Sales Manager for ioSafe, Inc. In 2013, they moved on to become an Account Manager for POS Portal. In 2015, they held two positions simultaneously, Account Executive for Tactile, Inc. and Sr. Sales Development for Act-On Software, Inc. In 2017, they joined SkySlope as a Customer Success Manager and later as a Customer Success Manager - Key Accounts. In 2018, they began their current role as Director, Customer Success and Sr. Account Executive for QBench LIMS.
