Damien Lay

Damien Lay has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as Team Lead and Systems Engineer at Qbit Computers since October 2016. Prior roles include Service Desk Engineer Level 2 at Thinkin' IT and XCy Pty Ltd, as well as Team Leader of the IT Service Desk at Multipro IT / Managed System Services. In the latter position, responsibilities included acting as an escalation point for tickets and delegating tasks to meet SLA requirements.
