Arif Pribadi

Arif Pribadi is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in leading diverse teams and managing multiple projects across various organizations. Currently serving at qbit since March 2023, Arif has successfully led a team of 23 members through 13 projects and 2 products while implementing AGILE SCRUM methodologies to enhance efficiency by 20%. Prior experiences include participation in the Indigo Incubation Program at Telkom Indonesia, where Arif contributed to startup evaluations and mentoring, as well as leading planning and development efforts at GITSolution, PT for four project teams in an Agile environment. Arif has also played key roles in website development and creative potential enhancement initiatives at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Yogyakarta throughout academic and extracurricular capacities. Arif is set to complete formal education at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta in October 2023.
