Arun Kumar Asokan has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and technology consulting. Arun Kumar started their career as an intern at Fedelta Point of Sale in 2010. Arun Kumar then worked at Wipro Technologies as a Consultant, where they were involved in business analysis, requirement elicitation, and software testing.

Afterwards, Arun joined Infosys as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Business Analyst, where they focused on business process management, process mapping, and documentation. Arun Kumar also worked on process improvement projects and conducted training sessions.

Arun Kumar then moved on to HCL Technologies, where they served as an RPA Manager, leading a team of RPA BAs and Developers. Arun Kumar was involved in setting up an RPA Center of Excellence and implementing RPA solutions for various clients. Arun Kumar also worked as an RPA Business Architect, contributing to digital transformation initiatives and designing RPA solutions.

Next, Arun joined EXL as an Enterprise Architect & Program Manager, specializing in RPA, OCR, and AI technologies. Arun Kumar worked on building the RPA practice and establishing an RPA CoE for an insurance client. Arun Kumar was also responsible for architecting a digital intake solution using machine learning and RPA components.

Most recently, Arun worked at Freedom Mortgage as the Director of Software Development (RPA). Arun Kumar managed a large RPA team and successfully implemented automation solutions, resulting in significant cost savings for the company.

In 2023, Arun joined qBotica as a Delivery Director, where they are currently responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
