Russel Alfeche

Russel Alfeche is a seasoned technology leader specializing in automation with extensive experience in the development and implementation of robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions. Currently serving as Technology Leader for Automation at qBotica since March 2022, Russel previously held roles at UiPath as Presales Technical Manager and Automation Solution Architect, and at 3M as Automation Solution Technical Lead. Notable achievements include leading a global team in AI and RPA projects, delivering significant savings through automation initiatives, and driving productivity enhancements. Russel's career began at Accenture, where the development of RPA tools accelerated business efficiency, and has also encompassed technical consulting at SONY. Education includes a BS in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Southern Luzon State University and ongoing certification in Software Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
