Rick Fayad

Rick Fayad is an experienced sales and energy efficiency professional currently serving as the Assistant Sales Account Executive at QC Manufacturing, Inc. since November 2017. In this role, Rick contributes to the manufacturing and promotion of QuietCool, known for its quiet and energy-efficient ventilation systems. Previously, from September 2012 to November 2017, Rick managed a team of certified HERS raters at California Living and Energy, ensuring homes complied with California's energy codes. Earlier experience includes working as a Customer Service Representative at MedicAlert Foundation Canada, where Rick supported members in managing their health records and provided technical support. Rick holds certifications as a HERS rater and HERS II whole house energy auditor, as well as a Certified Green Building Professional. Educational background includes training from CalCERTS/CHEERS and Build It Green.
