Jim Farenbaugh

Jim Farenbaugh has over 15 years of experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Mortgage Quality Control Loan Auditor at QC Verify, LLC since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Mortgage Underwriter (DE) at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation from July 2016 to December 2019 and worked as a Mortgage Underwriter at Bell Mortgage from November 2015 to June 2016. Jim's earlier experience includes serving as a Home Loan Underwriter (DE) at Wells Fargo from July 2007 to October 2015 and as a National Sales Recruiter at AccessIT between July 2005 and July 2007. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Saint John's University, completing the degree in 2002.
