Roman Nikolaev

Roman Nikolaev has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Roman started their career as a Software Engineer at OAO "MAK "Vimpel" where they were responsible for PC administration and C/C++ programming. In 2012, they joined Delta Solutions LLC as a Lead Software Engineer, where they were in charge of developing WEB-applications and managing a development team. In 2017, Roman became a Lead Software Engineer at Sberbank and a Project Manager Team Lead at ЛАНИТ. In 2020, they were employed as a Full Stack Engineer at Swisscom. In 2019, Roman became Co-Founder & CTO in Qeepl, Inc. and in 2022, they participated in a Startup accelerator program at Starta VC.

Roman Nikolaev attended National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) from 2008 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mathematics and Computer Science.
