Christian Houde

Christian Houde is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations within the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Program Management at QIAGEN since January 2007, Christian develops post-merger integration plans and manages multidisciplinary teams to assimilate newly acquired organizations into corporate structures. Previously, Christian held the position of Director of Integration Projects at QIAGEN, focusing on similar operational integration tasks. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Operations and R&D at QIAGEN Canada Inc., overseeing the integration of Nextal Biotechnologies Inc., and as Executive Vice President at Nextal Biotechnologies, where Christian co-founded the company and managed operations for over 2,500 research products. Christian holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Université de Montréal, completed in 1997.
