Ruslan Abdrakhmanov

Ruslan Abdrakhmanov has a diverse work experience with various companies and roles. Ruslan currently holds the position of Head of Marketing & Brand Communications at Qatar Insurance Company (BizDev), starting in March 2023. Prior to this, Ruslan worked at Tinkoff Bank as the Head of Marketing, International Fintech Projects from September 2021 to March 2023. Before joining Tinkoff Bank, they worked at RX Global, where they held multiple positions, including Director for Marketing, Digital & Content from February 2019 to September 2021, Marketing Director from May 2016 to February 2019, and Marketing Manager from June 2014 to May 2016. Ruslan also has experience working at the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee as the Group Head of PR & Media Events, Olympic & Paralympic Torch Relays from August 2013 to March 2014. Additionally, they worked at the Association of Communication Agencies of Russia and IAB as a PR Manager / Event Producer from July 2012 to May 2013.

Ruslan Abdrakhmanov began their education in 2005 at the Odintsovo Institute of the Humanities, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in State and Municipal Management. Ruslan then attended the International Institute of Advertising from 2009 to 2013, earning another Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. In 2013, they briefly attended Penn State University and the University of Virginia, focusing on Art/Art Studies and History, respectively.
