Deidre Rowe

Deidre Rowe has extensive work experience in the field of human resources, holding various positions throughout their career. Starting in 1993, they worked at PDI Ninth House as a Probationary Psychologist, Consultant Psychologist, and Senior Consultant Psychologist until 2001. Deidre then joined Coles Myer as a Culture Program Manager for a year. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as an HR Advisor at State Trustees, followed by a role as a Senior HR Consultant at Medibank Private in Queensland from 2004 to 2005. Deidre then joined Ergon Energy as a Senior HR Advisor from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they became the Group Manager - Human Resources at RPS Group until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Head of HR Operations & Services at Queensland Investment Corporation. Deidre then worked as a Senior HR Professional at Origin Energy on a contract basis from 2013 to 2014. Starting in 2014, they joined QSuper Group as the Head of HR Business Partnering, a position they held until 2017. Since then, they have been employed at QIC, assuming roles such as HR Contractor in Brisbane, Australia from March 2018 to September 2018, Head of HR - U.S. from September 2018 to September 2020, and Human Resources Business Manager from September 2020 to November 2022. Most recently, they have been acting as the Acting Executive Director, People & Culture since November 2022 and will be officially promoted to the role of Executive Director, People & Culture from April 2023.
