Kim Campbell

Kim Campbell has extensive experience in payroll management and HR operations, currently serving as HR Operations Manager at QIC since January 2011. In various capacities, Kim has been involved in the end-to-end preparation and processing of payroll for Australian employees, implementation of new HCM and Payroll systems as a Subject Matter Expert, and strategic advisory in payroll-related matters. Prior roles at ASIC and FKP included leading teams, managing payroll processes for hundreds of employees, and maintaining compliance with various regulations. Kim's strong leadership skills include coaching, performance management, and fostering team development, alongside comprehensive technical knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
