Rachel Fisher

Rachel Fisher, CFA, currently serves as a Board Member at QIC European Investment Services Limited and has held various roles at QIC since December 2014, including leadership in Global Credit and Sustainable Investing. Fisher manages the Global Credit Income Fund, delivering bottom-up credit research across multiple sectors while integrating ESG considerations into investment strategies. With prior experience as an Assistant Treasurer at Medibank and in fixed income roles at Bloomberg and HBOS Treasury Services, Rachel has developed expertise in portfolio construction, credit analysis, and client relations throughout a career spanning over two decades in the financial services industry.
