Fadi S. Madhoun

Fadi S. Madhoun is an experienced professional in project and development management, currently serving as the Director of Projects at Qiddiya Investment Company since October 2023, where focus lies on a major entertainment and tourism project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Previously, Fadi held the position of Managing Director at Millennium Management sal from July 2016 to October 2023, overseeing various development management services. From May 2006 to June 2016, Fadi led the Real Estate & Project Management Services Unit at Millennium Development International, and prior experience includes roles as Director of Projects at Nassar Engineering Services s.a.r.l. and Development Manager at Solidere, where significant contributions were made to the reconstruction of Beirut's Central District. Fadi's career began as a Project Manager at Stearns & Wheler Engineers & Scientists, with educational background including a Master's of Business Administration and a Master's of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
