Jessa Mae Lecaros

Jessa Mae Lecaros is a Finance Integration and FP&A Analyst at QIMA since June 2023, responsible for preparing monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reports and providing insights on key cost drivers. Previously, Jessa served as a General Ledger Accountant, managing journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Prior experience includes working as an Audit Associate at SGV & Co., where Jessa assisted clients in the real estate, power & utilities, and hospitality sectors. Jessa also held positions at the Philippine Statistics Authority as a Field Supervisor and Registration Officer II. Early career experience includes an internship at JBS Tax Consultancy and Auditing Services. Jessa earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting from the University of San Carlos and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Southern Philippines.
