Oyime Poise Aula (PhD)

Oyime Poise Aula (PhD) currently serves as a Research Officer at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute since January 2019, where previous roles included Research Assistant and PhD Student. Prior experience includes a Research Assistant position at the UQ Institute for Molecular Bioscience from August to December 2018 and a Regulatory Officer role at the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control from November 2009 to November 2010, focusing on food and drug safety. Additionally, competence was developed as a Laboratory Analyst at Guinness Nigeria PLC in 2008, ensuring beverage quality and effluent analysis. Oyime Poise Aula holds a Master's degree in Molecular Biology from The University of Queensland and a Master's degree in Environmental Quality Management from the University of Benin, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Benson Idahosa University. Currently, Oyime Poise Aula is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Health at The University of Queensland.
