Erica Franklin, CPTD, PMP is a seasoned professional in talent management and diversity initiatives, currently serving as the Senior Director at QinetiQ US since May 2020, following the acquisition of Avantus. Previous roles include serving as an eLearning Instructional Designer and Program Manager at United Educators, a Human Capital Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Deloitte, an Instructional Media Designer and Team Lead at ZERO TO THREE, and a Change Management Analyst at the U.S. National Archives and Records Administration. Erica holds a Master of Arts in Instructional Systems Development and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
