Jennifer Yeon has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jennifer is currently working at QinetiQ US as an NPI Engineering Lead. Prior to this, they worked at Curtiss-Wright Corporation where they held the positions of Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Lead Process Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing NPI and production transfer projects, leading lean projects, conducting failure investigations, and managing manufacturing documentation. Before joining Curtiss-Wright Corporation, Jennifer worked at New York Academy as a Program Director, where they developed and implemented a middle school program curriculum. Jennifer also worked at Saint-Gobain Abrasives as a Manufacturing Project Engineer, where they collaborated in a team to improve manufacturing lead time and conducted experimental studies.
Jennifer Yeon attended Stuyvesant High School from 2005 to 2009. Jennifer then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University College of Engineering, completing it from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Jennifer has obtained several certifications, including Agile Change Management for Manufacturers and Improve Processes and Deliver Operational Excellence from LinkedIn in 2021. Jennifer is also certified in Failure Modes Effects Analysis from ASQ - World Headquarters in 2019, Six Sigma Green Belt from Curtiss-Wright Corporation in 2018, and Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Mechanical from NCEES in 2014.
