Norbert Stuger

Norbert Stuger, CIPD, SCPC has extensive experience in talent development, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Norbert is currently the Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion and Cultural Development at QinetiQ. Prior to this, they served as the Global Head of Talent, Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity at The Economist and the Senior Talent, Diversity Equity & Inclusion Manager EMEA at Lee Hecht Harrison. Norbert also held leadership positions at Lee Hecht Harrison Penna, Bank4YOU Group, Brand4U, and Tax Free 4U, where they focused on talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Overall, Norbert has a strong background in driving organizational change and enhancing employee engagement.

Norbert Stuger obtained a CIPD Level 5 certification in Human Resources Management and Services from Avado in 2015. In 2021, Norbert pursued further education in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR. In 2023, Norbert obtained certifications as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and Senior Certified Professional Coach (SCPC) from the Coach Transformation Academy.
