Claudiu Constantinescu

Claudiu Constantinescu has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Claudiu currently serves as the SVP Delivery Operations at Qinshift, where they are responsible for designing the company structure, processes, and flows. In addition, they integrate member OpCos and oversees organic and inorganic growth.

Prior to Qinshift, Claudiu worked as the Managing Partner & Advisor at TehnoRev, providing consulting and advisory services on management, growth, structuring, evolution, and simplification of structures and processes in technology-based businesses. Claudiu successfully enabled significant transformations and hyper growth in short time frames by optimizing business units, introducing adaptable processes, agile methodologies, and scaling organizational setups.

Claudiu also gained valuable experience at Endava, where they held several roles. As the Regional Manager - Central Europe, they were responsible for the Endava delivery in the CE region. Claudiu focused on efficiency, growth, and delivery quality, while also expanding existing business units, integrating M&A units, and opening new centers in the region. Claudiu also served as the Delivery Unit Manager Bucharest & Pitesti, where they improved the business unit efficiency and turned the initial investment into positive numbers and profit. Additionally, they were the Head of Project Management/Delivery Manager, managing complex programs of work and overseeing the development of a new payments platform for a top worldwide payments acquirer and processor.

Furthermore, Claudiu served as the Chief Executive Officer at Kepler Engineering, where they set up a new entity within the Kepler group and successfully consolidated group projects into focused accounts with top companies in the energy, information services, and financial/banking industries.

Earlier in their career, Claudiu held positions at Kepler-Rominfo, Danubius, TotalSoft, Beler Soft, Kepler-Rominfo, and Eastern Duty Free (EDF) ASRO. Claudiu gained experience in project management, analysis, solution architecture, and programming, working on various projects in industries such as energy, retail, telecommunications, and banking.

Claudiu Constantinescu earned a PhD in IT/Software from Academia de Studii Economice din București from 1999 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in IT Software/Project Management from the same institution from 1998 to 1999. Claudiu also holds a Bachelor's degree in IT Software/Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București, which they obtained from 1993 to 1998. Before attending the university, Claudiu Constantinescu attended Jean Monnet College from 1989 to 1993, where they studied IT Software/Mathematics. Claudiu completed their secondary education at School 133 from 1982 to 1989.
