Dominika Otavova

Dominika Otavova has a strong background in human resources and global mobility. Dominika started their career at SAP in 2006 as an HR Global Mobility Immigration Expert. Dominika then moved on to become an HR Global Mobility Consultant, working at SAP from 2010 to 2016. In 2016, they transitioned to Novartis as an HR Global Mobility Manager, and eventually became the HR Global Mobility Associate Director for Europe. In 2020, they took on the role of Global Human Resources Business Partner for DDIT/Internal Project at Novartis. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Head of Compensation and Benefits at Qinshift, starting in 2023.

Dominika Otavova has a Bachelor's degree in Further Education from J.A. Komensky University Prague.
