João Amante

João Amante has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of design and innovation. João currently works at Qintess as a Design Lead and UX Researcher Specialist, where they lead a multidisciplinary team and manages strategic and operational aspects of national and international projects. Prior to that, they worked at MJV Technology & Innovation as a UX Designer/Innovation Consultant, focusing on problem-solving and innovation practices. João also played an active role in building branding projects at Linx and was responsible for communication and branding initiatives at Linx Impulse. João gained experience in managing teams and creating visual identities at Involves. Additionally, they worked as a graphic designer at Kauffer Pilates, LOGO UFSC, Lantec, and Uipi Empresa Júnior de Design UFSC.

João Amante completed their education history with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2008 to 2014. João later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2016 and 2018. Recently, in 2021 and 2022, they attended Awari to study UX/UI Design.
