Ron began their career in 2001 as a Freelance Interviewer at ANCHOR NETWORK, where they acquired and interviewed clients and presented movie previews.
In 2003, they joined Chase as a Senior Personal Financial Representative, where they processed mortgage applications, opened and serviced accounts, and provided extensive customer service and sales.
In 2005, they moved to Xenex Merchant Services as a Technical Support Rep / Customer Care Rep / Underwriter, where they managed 400 to 500 customer / merchant calls a week, providing technical assistance, customer service, and tracking deposits.
In 2008, they were promoted to Supervisor at Priority Payment Systems, where they supervised staff across the Merchant Implementation and Customer Care departments, provided training and coaching, compiled reports, and analyzed key performance metrics.
In 2015, they joined Payoneer as an Account Manager and Team Lead, where they worked worldwide to grow client accounts by reviewing and assessing client needs, proposed solutions, and implemented strategies to increase account revenues.
Most recently, in 2019, they became the Director of Client Success at Qira.
Ron Shivtahal earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration from DeVry University.
