Diane Lipik has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in digital growth marketing, web & media strategy, online community management, and project management in both a B2B and full-service ad agency setting. Diane currently holds a marketing position at Qlik, as a Senior Global Programs Manager. Prior to working at Qlik, Diane held roles at Talend, which was acquired by Qlik in 2023. Pre-acquisition, in 2022 they led the Digital Growth Marketing team as the Principal Digital Marketing Manager of Product-Led Growth for the Stitch brand, and was internally transferred to run Global Digital Programs for Qlik Cloud Analytics. Diane also worked as a Growth & Lifecycle Manager for Stitch, Inc. at Talend in 2022. Before joining Talend, Diane worked at Fingerpaint as a Senior Digital Strategist leading a team of 2 strategists, simultaneously managing the analytics team as a people manager of 4 analysts from 2018 to 2022. Prior to working at Fingerpaint, Diane held a position as Marketing Analyst for Advanced Analytics at Rain the Growth Agency, and previously held positions as a Senior Data Operations Specialist, and Media Analytics Specialist at Rain The Growth Agency from 2013-2018. Diane Lipik started their career as a Market Research Analyst Consultant at wool.labs in 2010, training a social listening model called webdig, a product which was later purchased by Wedgewood Communications. Diane was later brought on as a Market Research Consultant for Wedgewood Communications. Diane also held positions at Smithsonian Associates, Intelligent Capital Network, and Strong Point Strategy, LLC in Market Research and Graphic Design.

Diane Lipik holds a Bachelor's Degree in Media Studies with minors in Sociology and Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University's College of Communications and College of Liberal Arts. Before attending university, Diane completed their high school education at Conestoga Senior High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma with Honors and Advanced Placement (AP) coursework. Diane also earned certifications as an Admin for Datorama from Salesforce in 2017 and Accelerating B2B Marketing from Forrester Research in 2024.
