Eric Jagaeus

Eric Jagaeus has extensive experience in IT operations and management. Eric has served as Head of Cloud & IT Operations at Qliro since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Aaro Systems AB, where they held various roles including Global IT Manager, CTO, and IT Operations Manager. Eric also worked as the Head of IT Operations and Support at Avida Finans AB. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Sinch, Rebtel Networks AB, Nofeet AB, TDC Group, ErgoGroup AB, and TDC Song. Eric has a strong background in infrastructure management, including experience with cloud platforms, network systems, servers, and various software applications.

Eric Jagaeus completed their Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 1998 to 2000. In 2003 to 2004, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. In 2002, they obtained additional training in Java, SQL, and VB from Bond University. In 1998, they studied Mathematics at Lund University for a short period. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1997, they completed their Naturvetenskap - Teknik degree in Natural Sciences from Hersby Gymnasium. Eric Jagaeus also holds several certifications in various fields, such as Customized SIP training from IP-Solutions AB in 2014, Ledarskapsutbildning from Mindset in 2012, and several certifications related to networking, server administration, and information technology from different institutions.
