Puneet Chhabra

Puneet Chhabra, PhD, is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on single photon Lidars and innovative solutions in AI, autonomous systems, and sustainable technologies. Currently serving as Head of Software at QLM Technology Ltd and Technology Advisor at ACUA Ocean, Puneet also co-founded both ACUA and Headlight AI, where responsibilities include driving technology strategy and product development. With a robust background in research, including postdoctoral work at Heriot-Watt University and consultancy roles at Carbomap and Continental, Puneet has contributed significantly to advancements in electrical engineering, particularly in active vision systems and deep learning applications. Educational qualifications include multiple PhDs and MSc degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Vision from prestigious institutions.
