Shuki Rock

Shuki Rock is an experienced professional in product management and presales engineering with a solid background in technology and training. Currently serving as an Outbound Product Manager at Qmarkets since January 2023, Shuki previously worked as a Presales Engineer at DealHub.io, focusing on enhancing sales workflows through a no-code platform. Over an extensive career at NICE Ltd from 2013 to 2021, Shuki held various roles including Product Manager for Robotic Process Automation, where responsibilities included translating customer requirements into product specifications, managing customer relationships, and overseeing product delivery. Prior to that, Shuki gained experience in education as an Education Specialist, developing training solutions and materials, and also served as a Psychometric Exam Project Manager and Course Instructor at Hi-Q/Smart/Lachman, where Shuki coached trainees in test preparation.
