Carmen Robinson

Carmen Robinson is an accomplished business development and client services executive with an extensive background working with entrepreneurial firms to solve complex operational challenges and capitalize on process improvement opportunities.

At Qmerit, Carmen strives to ensure the company’s white-glove customer service and innovative technology platform deliver unparalleled satisfaction for every customer, program sponsor and solution partner.

Prior to joining Qmerit in 2020, Carmen spent four years at Cappital, where she led an international team of engineers, designers and product managers to develop custom software applications in both B2B and B2C environments. Previously, she served as Executive Director at The Ultimate Source, where she was responsible for concept-to-launch production and marketing of a web-based life coach certification program.

Carmen launched her career as Director of Operations for a national clothing retailer, managing workforce training and development as well as policy and procedure execution across 600 stores nationwide. She also has experience in the private education sector, and has served on the Board of Directors of several philanthropic organizations.

Carmen received her B.A. in Business Administration & Management from Vanguard University.
