Rod Seyffert

Rod Seyffert is an experienced lawyer and consultant, currently serving as the Immediate Past President, former President & Executive Director, and Director at the Royal Canadian Military Institute since November 2015. As the Company Secretary at Markdom International Inc. since November 2020, and a consultant in Commercial Real Estate, Governance, and Corporate Law at RW Seyffert Legal & Consulting Services since August 2011, Rod Seyffert brings a wealth of legal expertise. In April 1975, Rod co-founded St. Hildas Towers Retirement Living, providing legal services for a community offering various care options, and also serves as vice-chair of its board. Additional roles include Membership in the Independent Review Committee at Spartan Fund Management Prospectus Funds and as Honorary Counsel for the Air Cadet League of Canada. Educational credentials include a JD in Law and a BA in Political Science & Economics, both from the University of Toronto.
