Dave Freeman serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of QNB Bank since August 2010. Prior to this role, Freeman held the position of Division President at Fulton Bank from March 2002 to March 2010, leading an $800 million asset division across thirteen branches. Freeman's extensive banking career includes senior positions at PNC Bank and Chase Manhattan Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from statewide retail banking management to workout portfolio management. Early career experiences at Huntington National Bank and Home State Savings Bank involved branch management and regional oversight, respectively, beginning as a teller at Dollar Savings Association. Freeman holds a BS in Business Management from Franklin University and furthered education at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
