Cenk Akincilar

Cenk Akincilar has a significant amount of work experience in the field of human resources. Cenk worked at QNB Finansbank from 2003 to 2019, starting as an Assistant Manager and progressing through various roles such as Manager and Division Manager. Cenk then became Director-Head of Human Resources and later Executive Vice President-Head of HR. Prior to their time at QNB Finansbank, Cenk worked at Pamukbank as a Specialist-HR from 1998 to 2003.

Cenk Akincilar completed Coactive Coaching training at CTI Coaches Training institute from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they studied Mathematics at Anadolu University from 1991 to 1996, and also obtained a pedagogic formation from Eskisehir Osmangazi University in 1995.
