Demet Yaman

Demet Yaman has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Demet currently holds the role of Director of Corporate Digital Transformation at QNB Finansbank, where they lead a team of 20 people and develops digital transformation strategies for corporate clients. In this role, they have successfully established strategic partnerships with fintech companies, integrating innovative solutions into the bank's Digital Bridge platform. Prior to this, Demet served as the Director of Corporate Digital Banking at the same company, where they developed new digital banking solutions, significantly increasing the number of internet and mobile banking customers. Demet also played a key role in designing the customer journey of the bank's Open Banking solution and implemented data analysis for business development. Before joining QNB Finansbank, Demet worked at QNBeyond as the Process Design Lead of the Innovation Office, managing experimental projects and leading a team of 3. Demet also gained valuable experience at VakıfBank, where they served as a Specialist in the Lean Banking Office and an Associate in the CEO Office.
