Wisnu Wardhana has a diverse work experience spanning from 2009 to present. Wisnu Wardhana currently serves as a Technical Project Manager at Qoala, where they are responsible for building productive culture and a healthy working environment for the tech team across different business units. Wisnu Wardhana also creates standardization for the TPM role and project flow, acts as a bridge between various stakeholders, and assists team leaders in nurturing their members. Prior to Qoala, Wisnu worked at Altrovis, where they held multiple roles including Solutions Architect, Technical Project Manager, and Mobile Developer Team Lead. In these positions, they built mobile apps using various programming languages, developed web apps and APIs, and created databases. Before that, they served as an Application Developer at PT Multipolar Technology Tbk and as a Teaching Assistant and Teaching Assistant Coordinator at Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana.

Wisnu Wardhana completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various fields. In 2022, they completed the "Scrum Agile Development in Product Management Workshop" from Apiary Academy and Coworking.
