Omer Usanmaz has been working in the technology industry since 2013. From 2013-2014, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer and Engineering Intern at Siemens. From 2014-2016, they worked as a Project Manager and Android Developer at Trelleborg. From 2016-2018, they worked as an Account Executive and Customer Success Manager and Product Manager and Android Developer at Cognata Technologies. Since 2018, they have been the CEO and Co-Founder of Qooper Mentoring & Learning Software and an Enterprise Account Executive.

Omer Usanmaz earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2014. Omer attended the university from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, in 2017, they obtained a certification in Running a Mobile App Development Business from Udemy.
