Ali Amir

Ali Amir has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ali started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Digitonics Labs (Pvt.) ltd in September 2018 and later worked as a Human Resources Executive and Senior Executive Human Resources until January 2021. In these roles, they assisted the HR manager in setting objectives, implemented company policies, handled employee onboarding, addressed grievances, and ensured accurate salary disbursement.

In 2021, Ali joined Sky Soft Tech as a Senior Executive in Human Resources. Here, they collaborated with the team lead and manager to recruit suitable candidates, developed recruitment strategies, managed pre and post-joining documentation, and prepared employee benefits plans. Ali worked in this role until May 2022.
